无卤阻燃PET-GF复合材料的制备及其性能测试%Preparation and Performance Test of Halogen-free Flame Retardant PET/GF Composites

聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯 相容剂 阻燃剂 热变形温度 炭层扫描电镜
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的玻纤(GF)增强复合材料(PET/GF)在新能源汽车、电子器件等领域得到了广泛应用,但是PET与GF之间的相容性较差,且易于燃烧,传统阻燃剂都含卤素,受热易分解出有毒有害物质,含卤阻燃剂的适用范围受到局限.本文研究了五种相容剂对PET/GF复合材料的影响;五种无卤阻燃剂及其用量对PET/GF复合材料的影响.研究结果表明,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAH-PP)相容改性效果较好,在2%的添加量时,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度分别增长了 10.2%,10.7%和 0.9%;阻燃剂二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)、二乙基次膦酸锌(ZDP)和磷硅(P-Si)添加量分别为 15%,30%和 12%时均能使复合材料达到UL-94 测试V-0级;三聚氰胺聚磷酸(MPP)与三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)的添加使复合材料热变形温度由75~85℃可以跃升到190~210℃.%Glass fiber(GF)reinforced polyethylene terephthalate(PET)composites have been used in many fields.However,the compatibility between PET and GF is not good,and traditional flame retardants contain halogens,which are easily decomposed into toxic and harmful substances and corrosive substances when heated,so the scope of application is greatly limited.This paper studies the effects of several compatibilizers and several flame retardants on PET/GF composites.The results show that the compatible modification effect of MAH-PP is better,and the tensile strength,bending strength and impact strength of the composite are increased by 10.2%,10.7%and 0.9%respectively when the addition of 2%.When the flame retardants of aluminum diethylphosphonate(ADP),zinc diethylphosphonate(ZDP)and P-Si are added at 15%,30%and 12%,respectively,the UL-94 test of composite can reach V-0 level.In addition,the addition of melamine polyphosphate(MPP)and antimony trioxide(Sb2O3)can greatly improve the thermal deformation temperature of the composite,from 75~85℃to 190~210℃.
