多糖类化合物在自然界中广泛存在,但目前针对多糖类底物的酶解效果并不理想.裂解多糖单加氧酶(lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase,LPMO)是一种新型的多糖降解酶,其能够以氧化方式打开纤维素中的糖苷键使其出现更多的酶解位点,从而在降解纤维素等多糖类物质中发挥着巨大优势.该文从LPMO的分类、结构、活性测定方法、异源表达及其在食品、饲料等领域的应用等方面进行了介绍,以期为该酶的推广应用提供帮助.%Polysaccharide compounds are widely present in nature,but the enzymatic hydrolysis effect on polysaccharide substrates is currently not ideal.The lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase(LPMO)is a novel polysaccharide-degrading enzyme that can open glycosidic bonds in cellulose through oxidation,resulting in more enzymatic hydrolysis sites and playing a great advantage in degrading polysaccha-rides such as cellulose.The paper introduces the classification,structure,activity determination methods,heterologous expression,and application of LPMO in food,feed,and other fields,aiming to provide assistance for the promotion and application of this enzyme.
