柔性防水层 非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料 喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料
主要介绍了郑州滨水家园项目地下工程的防水设计及细部节点的构造.在采用结构自防水的基础上,底板采用2 mm厚BST-101非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料复合4 mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材,外墙采用双层1.2 mm厚BST-401喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的防水设计;同时对底板、侧墙的防水施工工艺以及后浇带、集水坑、穿墙管道等细部节点做法进行了详细阐述.%This paper mainly introduces the waterproof design and the construction of the detail node in the underground pro-ject of Binshuijiayuan. With the self-waterproof structure,the project adopts a waterproof design that the bottom plate uses 2 mm thick BST-101 non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating,which composited 4 mm thick SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane,and the outer wall uses double 1.2 mm thick BST-401 spray quick-release rubber asphalt waterproof coating. At the same time,the waterproof construction technology of the bottom plate,the side wall,and the technology details of after pouring,col-lecting pits,through-wall pipelines are elaborated.
