焚烧残渣 催化氧化 单因素实验
利用危险废物焚烧残渣、氧化铝、活性炭及凹凸棒通过浸渍、成型、焙烧等工艺制备出复合催化剂,通过单因素优化实验发现:当体系反应温度为50℃、催化剂投加量为40g/l、双氧水投加量60ml/l、pH=3时,废水COD去除率可达85.87%.%Using hazardous waste incineration residue,alumina,activated carbon and attapulgite by dipping,molding and roasting process to prepare multiplex catalyst,then according to single factor optimization experiment found that dyeing wastewater COD removal rate can reach to 85.87% when the reaction temperature was 50℃,catalyst dosage was 40g/l,hydrogen peroxide dosage was 60ml/l and pH=3.
