通过对不同浓度细菌内毒素进行辐射处理,研究了辐射剂量、内毒素浓度对辐射灭活效应的影响。结果表明,细菌内毒素辐射灭活有效剂量为12~20 kGy 。%Through the study of the radiation treatment of different concentrations of bacterial endotoxin,we studied the radiation dose,concentration of endotoxin on the radiation effect of inactivation. The results showed that the bacterial endotoxin radiation inactivated effective dose is 12-20 kGy.
