菲醌 2,7-二溴菲醌 菲醌衍生物 合成
从9,10-菲醌出发,通过溴化得到2,7-二溴-9,10-菲醌,通过两种不同的还原方式分别合成了不同的菲醌衍生物2,7-二溴-9,10-二羟基氢化菲和2,7-二溴9,10-二羟基菲。所得化合物通过1H NMR、13C NMR、ESI-MS和熔点测定等手段对其结构进行了表征。%2,7-Dibromo-9,10-phenanthrenequinone was synthesized from 9,10-phenanthrenequinne by bromination, and then prepared two different phenanthrenequinone derivatives:2,7-dibromo-9,10-dihydroxy dihydrophenanthren and 2,7-dibromo-9,10-dihydroxy phenanthrene by two differrent ways of reduction. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,ESI-MS and melting points.
