益生菌和酸性蛋白酶对生长肥育猪生产性能的影响%Effect of probiotics and acid protease on production performance of growing finishing pig

试验主要研究益生菌和酸性蛋白酶对生长肥育猪生产性能的影响.选杜*长*大生长肥育猪72头,随机分4组,试验期间,日粮不添加任何抗生素和化学合成药物.Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组添加0.15%的益生菌,Ⅲ组添加0.02%酸性蛋白酶,Ⅳ组添加0.15%益生菌和0.02%酸性蛋白酶.结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别提高了生长肥育猪平均日增重4.8%(P〈0.05)、8.3%(P〈0.05)、12.3%(P〈0.05),平均日采食量3.00%(P〈0.05)、5.76%(P〈0.05)、8.01%(P〈0.05);分别降低了生长肥育猪料重比1.8%、2.3%、3.8%,发病率62.6%、50%、100%;降低了增重成本1.34%、2.00%、3.05%. %This study mainly studied the effect of probiotics and acid protease on the production performance of growing finishing pig. We selected seventy-two(Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire) growing finishing pig and divided into four groups.In the experiment, no antibiotics and synthetic drugs were added to the diet. Group Ⅰ as the control group, group Ⅱadded 0.15% of probiotics, group Ⅲadded 0.02% acid protease, group Ⅳadded 0.15% probiotics and 0.02% acid protease. The result indicated that compared with the control group the average daily gain(ADG) of group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳincreased 4.8% (P〈0.05), 8.3%(P〈0.05) and 12.3%(P〈0.05) respectively, while the average daily intake was increased 3.00%(P〈0.05), 5.76%(P〈0.05) and 8.01% (P〈0.05)respectively. The feed conversion of pig meat was decreased by 1.8%, 2.3% and 3.8% respectively, and the incidence rate was reduced by 62.6%, 50% and 100% respectively. The cost of weight gain was reduced by 1.34%, 2.00% and 3.05% respectively.
