混凝协同超声处理邻氯苯酚废水研究%Research on treatment of o-chlorophenol wastewater by coagulation synergistic ultrasound

邻氯苯酚 混凝 超声 协同 吸附沉淀 空化作用
针对邻氯苯酚废水有毒、不易降解、氧化剂投加量高等问题,拟自制混凝剂对其进行处理.分别开展了混凝协同超声联合法和单独使用混凝剂法处理研究,并对 2 种方法的处理效果进行对比分析.考察了混凝剂投加量、废水pH值、混凝处理时间、超声反应时间等因素对邻氯苯酚废水处理效果的影响.结果表明:室温下,在邻氯苯酚废水体积为 300 mL,初始质量浓度为 50.0 mg/L,混凝剂投加量为0.8 g/L,废水pH值为4,混凝处理时间为50 min,超声波频率为40 kHz,功率为180 W,超声反应时间为 50 min的试验条件下,经过处理后邻氯苯酚去除率可以达到 95.9%.在相同的混凝剂投加量(0.8 g/L)的条件下,混凝协同超声联合法处理邻氯苯酚废水的效果优于单混凝剂法,邻氯苯酚的去除率增加 42.6%.%To address the issues of o-chlorophenol wastewater being toxic,difficult to degrade,and requir-ing high dosages of oxidants,a self-made coagulant was prepared for its treatment.The combined method of co-agulation synergized with ultrasound and the method using coagulant alone for treating the wastewater were stud-ied separately,with the treatment efficiency of the two methods compared and analyzed at the same time.The ef-fects of factors such as coagulant dosage,pH value of the wastewater,coagulation time,and ultrasonic reaction time on the treatment efficiency were investigated.The results showed that,under the experimental conditions of room temperature,an o-chlorophenol wastewater volume of 300 mL,an initial mass concentration of 50.0 mg/L,a coagulant dosage of 0.8 g/L,a wastewater pH value of 4,a coagulation time of 50 min,an ultrasonic frequency of 40 kHz,a power of 180 W,and an ultrasonic reaction time of 50 min,the removal rate of o-chlorophenol could reach 95.9%after the treatment.Under the condition of the same coagulant dosage of 0.8 g/L,the combined method of coagulation synergized with ultrasound outperformed the single coagulant method in treating o-chlorophenol wastewater,increasing the removal rate of ochlorophenol by 42.6%.
