随着电子通讯的换代升级和新能源汽车的发展,印制电路板与锂离子电池对电解铜箔的综合性能提出了更加严苛的要求.阴极辊是生产电解铜箔的关键设备,阴极辊钛筒表面的晶体结构特征对电解铜箔的形核和生长起着决定性作用.围绕电解铜箔用阴极辊纯钛组织调控这一关键问题,综述了熔铸工艺、热加工工艺、稀土微合金化以及组织与性能的关系,并对阴极辊钛材与电解铜箔的组织遗传关系等进行了展望,以期为组织性能优良的钛材和电解铜箔调控提供借鉴.%With the upgrading of electronic communications and the development of new energy vehicles,printed circuit boards and lithium-ion batteries have put forward more stringent requirements for the comprehensive performance of electrolytic copper foil.The cathode roller is the key equipment for the production of electrolytic copper foil.The crystal structure on the surface of the cathode roller titanium cylinder plays a decisive role in the nucleation and growth of electrolytic copper foil.Around the key problem of pure titanium microstructure regulation for electrolytic copper foil,the casting process,thermal processing process,rare earth microalloying and properties were summarized,the microstructure genetic relationship between titanium cathode and electrolytic copper foil was prospected,in order to provide references for the design of titanium materials and electrolytic copper foil with excellent microstructure properties.
