随着经济社会的发展以及人民生活水平的提高,恶臭污染逐渐引起全社会的重视.针对传统恶臭气体治理技术存在净化效率低、运行能耗高等问题,研究人员开发了以官能团接枝改性纤维为核心滤层的官能团接枝改性纤维净化恶臭气体技术.经污水处理厂40 000m3/h除臭工程验证,该技术具有高效低耗、可连续运行等优势,适用于污水污泥处理、化工等行业中低浓度极性恶臭气体的净化治理,能显著降低能耗与碳排放,为恶臭气体深度净化及相关企业的绿色发展提供技术保障.%With the rapid development of the social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,odor pollution has gradually garnered widespread public attention.In response to the limitations of conventional malodorous gas treatment technologies,such as low purification efficiency and high energy consumption,a novel technology centered on functional group-modified fibers as the core filtration layer has been developed.Validated in a 40 000m3/h deodorization project at a wastewater treatment plant,this technology demonstrates advantages including high efficiency,low energy consumption,and continuous operation capability.It is suitable for purifying low to medium concentrations of polar malodorous gases in sectors such as sewage sludge treatment and chemical manufacturing,significantly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.This provides technical support for the advanced treatment of malodorous gases and promotes green development in related industries.
