沿海风电 关键基础设施 全生命周期 腐蚀控制 修复
[目的]以某沿海风电场基础设施腐蚀调研为例,从全生命周期腐蚀控制的角度出发,针对沿海风电场基础设施在"三高一强"环境下面临的腐蚀挑战,基于全生命周期视角开展腐蚀修复运维研究.[方法]通过厚度测量、成分分析、形貌观测,系统评估了塔筒、箱变散热器、混凝土承台等关键设施的腐蚀现状,并开展了沿海风电关键基础设施修复用涂料的设计、开发、工程示范等工作.[结果]创新性提出覆盖材料选型-方案设计-质量验收全流程的运维阶段腐蚀修复技术,包含涂层修复、电化学保护、缓蚀剂应用等技术方案.通过建立腐蚀修复施工台账和电子档案管理系统,成功实现腐蚀损失降低,维护周期延长.[结论]本研究为沿海风电设施全生命周期腐蚀控制提供标准化解决方案,为沿海风机全生命周期的腐蚀控制提供参考,对保障沿海风电安全运行具有重要的工程价值.%[Objective]Taking the corrosion investigation of a coastal wind farm infrastructure as an example,this study carries out corrosion repair and operation research from the perspective of whole life cycle corrosion control,aiming at the corrosion challenges faced by coastal wind farm infrastructure under high-temperature,high-humidity,high-salinity,and strong-ultraviolet(so-called"three high and one strong")environments.[Method]The corrosion status of key facilities such as tower cylinders,box transformer radiators,and concrete abutment was systematically evaluated by thickness measurement,composition analysis,and morphology observation.Specialized coatings for repairing coastal wind power infrastructure were designed,developed,and demonstrated in engineering practice.[Result]An innovative corrosion repair technology covering the entire process from material selection and scheme design to quality acceptance was proposed,including coating repair,electrochemical protection,and corrosion inhibitor application.By establishing a construction ledger and an electronic archive management system for corrosion repair,the corrosion loss was successfully reduced and the maintenance cycle was extended.[Conclusion]This study provides a standardized solution for the whole life cycle corrosion control of coastal wind power facilities,offering a valuable reference for ensuring the long-term integrity and safe operation of coastal wind turbines,with significant engineering implications.
