沿海风电场箱变翅片式散热器腐蚀修复研究%Study on repair of finned radiators in box transformers for offshore wind farms after corrosion

沿海风电 箱变散热器 导热涂料 腐蚀 修复
[目的]提高箱变散热器腐蚀修复施工效率,降低修复维护频次,并延长箱变散热器服役寿命,是沿海风电箱变散热器维护过程中亟需解决的问题.[方法]基于箱变散热器腐蚀情况调研,掌握风电箱变散热器的锈点分布规律.通过箱变散热器涂层开裂过程分析,提出基材与空气界面液膜反应模型,并分析箱变散热器翅片涂层开裂和基材腐蚀原理.[结果]基于风电箱变散热器锈点分布规律,改进施工工具,提高了箱变散热器修复效率.结合风电箱变散热器冷却油渗漏位点修复实践,提出了箱变散热器腐蚀渗漏位点检修新方法.[结论]箱变散热器狭窄的施工间距及高导热通量对修复技术提出了更高的要求,通过正确选择涂料成分、改造施工设备、优化施工工艺等措施,可有效提高箱变散热器涂层的修复效果.%[Objective]To improve the repair process efficiency and the coating durability of box transformer radiator is an urgent problem that needs to be solved,which is beneficial for the maintenance frequency reduction.[Method]The distribution patterns of rust spots were characterized based on the corrosion investigation of box transformer radiators.A liquid film reaction model at the substrate/air interface was proposed by analyzing the cracking process of radiator coating,elucidating the mechanisms of fin coating failure and substrate corrosion.[Result]Repair efficiency was significantly enhanced through tooling improvements guided by the rust distribution patterns.A novel inspection and repair methodology was developed for corrosion-induced leakage points,validated through practical applications addressing cooling oil seepage in transformer radiators.[Conclusion]The narrow construction space and high heat transfer flux in transformer radiators put forward higher requirements for the repair method.The coating repair effectiveness of the box transformer radiator can be effectively improved by selecting the right coating materials,improving the construction equipment,and optimizing the coating process.
