探讨高质量发展与水资源保护利用之间的协调关系,对促进区域可持续发展具有重要意义.本文以河南省为研究对象,采用熵权法测算2013-2023年高质量发展与水资源保护利用发展指数,利用耦合协调度模型分析两者的耦合协调水平,并运用地理探测器探讨其驱动因素.结果表明:①河南省高质量发展水平整体呈现上升趋势,形成以郑州为绝对核心、洛阳与南阳为"双峰"支撑的空间格局,区域间差异显著;水资源保护利用水平呈现波动变化,豫西、豫南地区保持较高水平,但整体发展较为分散.②两者的耦合度和耦合协调度均呈现上升趋势,耦合协调度由"濒临失调"提升为"勉强协调",空间分布上呈现以郑州为核心的"核心-放射"模式.③两者耦合协调度的提升是多种因素共同作用的结果,其中GDP、城镇常住人口和人均财政支出是主要驱动因素.未来各地市应当优化水资源保护利用结构,加强区域协同联动,进一步促进高质量发展.%Exploring the coordinated relationship between high-quality development and water resources protection and utilization is of critical importance for advancing regional sustainable development.Taking Henan Province as the research subject,this study employs the entropy weight method to construct a comprehensive index system for high-quality development and water resources protection and utilization from 2013 to 2023.The coupling coordination degree model is applied to assess the interaction dynamics between the two systems,and the geographic detector is utilized to identify their driving factors.The results indicate that:① High-quality development in Henan Province exhibits a consistent upward trend,forming a spatial structure centered on Zhengzhou as the dominant hub,with Luoyang and Nanyang serving as secondary centers-reflecting a"dual-core''support pattern.At the same time,significant regional disparities persist.The level of water resources protection and utilization levels fluctuates over time,remaining relatively high in the western and southern regions,yet overall development remains spatially fragmented.②Both the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two demonstrate a steady increase trend.The coupling coordination degree has improved from a state of"near-imbalance''to"barely coordination'',reflecting enhanced integration between the two systems.Spatially,this evolution follows a"core-radial''pattern centered on Zhengzhou,indicating its growing role as an engine of coordinated development.③The improvement in coupling coordination degree between the two is driven by the synergistic effects of multiple factors,among which GDP,permanent urban population,and per capital fiscal expenditure emerge as the most influential determinants.These findings highlight the pivotal role of economic capacity,urbanization,and public investment in shaping coordinated outcomes.To further promote sustainability,cities and prefectures across Henan should optimize the structure of water resource management,strengthen inter-regional collaboration,and implement integrated policies that align ecological conservation with socioeconomic advancement.
