黄河流域河南段高质量发展水平测度及影响因素%Research on the level measurement and influencing factors of high-quality development in the Henan section of the Yellow River basin

为推动黄河流域高质量发展,以新发展理念构建高质量发展评价体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型和地理探测器深入分析2014-2020年黄河流域河南段高质量发展时空演化特征及影响因素.结果表明:①2014-2020年黄河流域河南段指数增速较快,各维度指数依次为创新、共享、开放、协调和绿色;②各城市不同维度高质量发展指数存在较大的差异性,年均值最高为郑州,最低为济源.创新和共享作用最为明显,绿色为短板;③黄河流域河南段郑州耦合协调度最高,济源耦合协调度最低,差异性较为显著,空间上表现为郑州为中心向外围辐射分布,整体存在空间正相关性;④人口、经济、技术和土地多种因素共同影响高质量发展格局.%In order to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin,a high-quality development evaluation system was constructed based on the new development concept.The entropy method,coupled coordination degree model and geographic detector were used to deeply analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of high-quality development in Henan section of the Yellow River basin from 2014 to 2020.The results showed that:① The index of Henan section of the Yellow River basin increased rapidly from 2014 to 2020,and the dimension indexes were innovation,sharing,openness,coordination and green in turn.② There were great differences in the high-quality development indexes of different dimensions among cities,with the highest annual mean value in Zhengzhou and the lowest in Jiyuan.The role of innovation and sharing was the most obvious,and green was the short board.③ In the Henan section of the Yellow River basin,the coupling coordination degree of Zhengzhou was the highest,and the coupling coordination degree of Jiyuan was the lowest,and the difference was significant.In space,Zhengzhou was the center and radia-ted to the periphery,and the overall spatial correlation was positive.④ Multiple factors including population,economy,technology and land jointly affected the pattern of high-quality development.
