河南在历史时期孕育了众多世家大族,至今仍留存丰富的宗祠建筑遗产.然而当下宗族文化呈现衰退态势,宗祠建筑普遍面临关乎存续的多重困境.研究聚焦郑州地区民间宗祠建筑,系统梳理其现存状况,深入解析其演化影响因素,并据此提出规划合理引导、功能选择活化、建筑更新利用的针对性活化利用策略,旨在为建筑文化遗产的保护延续与社会治理现代化的提升贡献学术力量.%Historically,He'nan Province engendered numerous influential lineages,bequeathing a substantial corpus of folk ancestral halls preserved through the present era.However,contemporary clan culture exhibits marked recession,with these structures universally confronting multifaceted existential challenges.Focusing on Zhengzhou's folk ancestral halls,we systematically document their preservation status and decipher evolutionary determinants,thereby formulating a comprehensive activation utilization strategy encompassing planning-guided revitalization,functionally adaptive reintegration,and regenerative architectural renewal.The study ultimately aims to contribute scholarly insights toward the sustainable conservation of architectural cultural heritage and the advancement of social governance modernization.
