AI赋能下科技期刊岗位体系与组织结构的演化路径研究%Organizational and Positional Restructuring in AI-Driven Scholarly Journals

人工智能(AI)技术正在深刻重塑科技期刊的岗位体系与组织结构.本文融合TOE框架和动态能力理论,构建AI驱动下科技期刊组织结构演化分析模型,分析AI技术在科技期刊出版流程中的嵌入方式及其引发的组织演变机制.以Frontiers、Springer Nature与Elsevier三家国际出版机构为案例,发现其岗位体系正在从以执行任务为主,转向判断、协调和决策能力的新型角色.同时,组织结构也呈现出从传统的层级制向平台化方向演化的趋势.AI不仅是一种技术工具,更成为影响岗位能力、协作模式和流程管理的关键力量,不同出版机构在技术主导、伦理管理和效率优先三类策略下表现出差异化的组织适应模式.研究结果可为我国科技期刊编辑部构建智能协同体系和推动组织转型提供参考与实践路径.%Artificial Intelligence(AI)is profoundly transforming the organizational structure and positional system of scientific journals.Drawing on the TOE framework,dynamic capability theory,and business process reengineering theory,this study constructs an analytical model to explore how AI reshapes editorial workflows,positional system,and governance mechanisms.Through case studies of three leading international publishers,namely Frontiers,Springer Nature,and Elsevier,this study identifies the key transformation paths in AI-driven editorial and organizational change.Specifically,editorial roles are shifting from executional to hybrid decision-making functions,and organizational structures are evolving from hierarchical to platform-matrix models.Findings show that AI has become a structural driver rather than merely a technical tool,influencing talent allocation,interdepartmental collaboration,and workflow governance.The three publishers demonstrate distinct strategic orientations,including technology-driven,ethics-led,and efficiency-prioritized approaches,which reflect differentiated organizational adaptation logics.The study provides both theoretical insight and practical guidance for Chinese scientific journal publishers seeking to build intelligent editorial systems and achieve organizational innovation.
