通过添加不同含量的Ca元素设计了一系列的梯度实验探求Mg-Al系合金中Ca元素的最佳含量。通过力学性能和阻燃性能的测试,发现随着Ca元素的添加,Mg-Al系合金的抗拉强度和规定非比例强度均有提升,但断后伸长率下降明显,添加了Ca元素的Mg-Al系合金比不添加Ca元素的Mg-Al系合金具有更好的阻燃性能。添加Ca和Y元素的Mg-Al系合金在1 050℃火焰枪测试中表现出优异的阻燃性能,且抗拉强度和规定非比例强度均得到显著提升。%The optimal content of Ca element in Mg-Al series alloys was explored by designing a series of gradient experiments with different Ca contents.Through mechanical performance and flame retardancy tests,it is found that the addition of Ca element improves both the tensile strength and the specified non-proportional strength of the Mg-Al series alloys,but significantly reduces the elongation after fracture.The Mg-Al series alloys with Ca addition exhibit better flame retardancy compared to those without Ca.The Mg-Al series alloys with added Ca and Y elements demonstrate excellent flame retardancy in the 1 050℃flame gun test,and their tensile strength and specified non-proportional strength are significantly enhanced.
