丁酸梭菌对蛋鸡生产性能的影响

将720只新罗曼蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,在各组日粮中分别添加0.01%、0.02%、和0.03%的丁酸梭菌添加剂,并设空白对照组.结果表明:添加0.01%丁酸梭菌试验组的日平均产蛋率、产蛋重和料蛋比均极显著优于空白对照组(P<0.01);在蛋的品质方面,0.01%丁酸梭菌组的蛋壳厚度极显著低于空白对照组(P<0.01),0.02%丁酸梭菌组和空白对照组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05);和空白对照组相比,0.01%和0.02%丁酸梭菌组分别提高36.64元和28.40元的毛利润.%The 720 New Roman hens were assigned to four groups,and four replicates for each group. The dietswere added with 0.01%,0.02%,and 0.03% Clostridium butyricum additive respectively,and set blank controlgroup. The result indicated that the average egg laying rate,egg laying weight and egg laying rate in the 0.01%C. butyricum group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01). The eggshell thickness in the0.01% C. butyricum group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significantdifference between 0.02% C. butyricum group and the blank control group(P>0.05). The analysis of economicbenefits indicated that the gross profits of 0.01% and 0.02% C. butyricum group increased 36.64 and 28.40 yuanrespectively,compared with the control group.
