硫氰酸钠中氰根测定方法的探讨%Discussion on Determination of Cyanide in Sodium Thiocyanate

建立了分光光度法测定硫氰酸盐中氰根含量的方法.通过向硫氰酸盐溶液中加入硫酸亚铁饱和溶液,使氰根转化为普鲁士蓝而显色,测定其在700nm波长处的吸光度,避免了硫氰酸根的干扰.该法在氰根含量为6-30μg/mL范围内呈很好的线性,得线性回归方程为y=0.0266x-0.0537,相关系数r为0.9999.本方法测定氰根浓度相对标准偏差小于0.6%,加标回收率为97.0%-105.0%,检出限为2.04μg/mL,具有准确、快速、简便等特点.%A method for the determination of the content of cyanide in sodium thiocyanate was developed by spectrophotometry.Ferrous sulphate saturated solution was added into the thiocyanate solution,then the cyanide transformed to prussian blue,absorbance of which was determined at wavelength of 700nm,while the method avoided the interference of thiocyanate.The method had a good linearity with cyanide content in the range of 6-30μg/mL,and the linear regression equation was y=0.0266x-0.0537(r=0.9999).Relative standard deviation of the method was less than 0.6% in the present of sodium thiocyanate concentration of 50%,and the recoveries were in the range of 97.0%-105.0%,and the detection limit of quantification was 2.04 μg/mL.The method is credible,fast and simple.
