采用了高效液相色谱法、红外分光光度法等检测方法,自制左乙拉西坦作为样品,分别对三批样品进行质量研究.结果表明,自制样品的各项指标均符合中国药典及左乙拉西坦质量标准规定,且质量可控.%High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and Infrared absorption spectrum(IR) methods have been developed for the quality analysis of levetiracetam in three batches of samples.The results showed that every index was in good agreement with the regulations of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and levetiracetam quality standard,and this method was controlled and reliable.
