电子束辐照对嗜虫书虱的生物效应%Effect of Electronic Beam Irradiation on Liposcelis entomophilus

电子束 辐照 嗜虫书虱 生物效应
为了控制嗜虫书虱对烟草及其他仓储物的危害,利用不同剂量的电子束对不同虫态的嗜虫书虱进行辐照处理,研究了其辐照效应.结果表明,嗜虫书虱的卵、若虫、成虫对电子束辐照的敏感性依次降低;100 Gv剂量辐照处理的嗜虫书虱卵不能孵化;成虫和若虫经辐照后21 d的半致死剂量LD50分别为198.5 Gv和175.9 Gv;250 Gv剂量辐照处理的嗜虫书虱成虫和若虫在49 d内全部死亡,并且导致成虫不能产生下一代成虫.因此,250 Gv的剂量可以作为电子束辐照防治嗜虫书虱的参考剂量.%In order to control the damage of Liposcelis entomophilus on tobacco and other storages,the irradiation effects of different dosages of electronic beam on the different stages of Liposcelis entomophilus were studied.The results showed that the sensitivity of its egg,nymphae,and adult to electron beam irradiation decreased in sequence.The hatch of egg could be stopped by 100 Gy irradiation.The LD50 of the adult and nymphae within 21 days after irradiated was 198.5 Gy and 175.9 Gy respectively.When received the 250 Gy irradiation,the adult and nymphae would die out within 49 days,and no new generation was found.Thus,the 250 Gy was the reference dose to prevent Liposcelis entomophilus(Enderlein) using the electron beam irradiation.
