根据建筑物墙体表面有无覆盖层,把外墙分为无覆盖层的清水墙体、覆盖水泥砂浆层的墙体和干挂石材(石片)的墙体3类,分别分析了此3类墙体的渗漏原因并提出了利用墙体表面原有材料的防水性能来治理外墙渗漏的原理与方法.%There are three kinds of exterior walls in terms of finish of the wall,i.e.dry wall,plaster wall and dry-fixing stone.This article analyses leakage causes of the three walls,pointing out principle and treatment by using waterproofing characteristic of existing finishing materials.
