电子束对锯谷盗幼虫和成虫的辐照效应研究%Effect of Electronic Beam Irradiation on Larvae and Adult of Oryzaephilus surinamensis

电子束 辐照效应 锯谷盗
[目的]控制锯谷盗对烟草及其他仓储物的危害.[方法]利用不同剂量的电子束对锯谷盗幼虫、成虫进行辐照处理,研究其辐照效应.[结果]锯谷盗的幼虫、成虫对电子束辐照的敏感性依次降低.幼虫和成虫经辐照后21 d的半致死剂量LD50分别为67.6和104.2 Gy.幼虫经300 Gy剂量辐照后可以完全阻止其发育为成虫,并且在35 d内全部死亡;成虫经300 Gy剂量辐照后则需49 d才能全部死亡,但不能产生下一代成虫.[结论]300 Gy剂量可以作为电子束辐照防治锯谷盗的参考剂量.%[Objective]The study was to control the damage on tobacco and other storage from Oryzaephilus surinamensis. [Method]The irradiation effects of electronic beam on the larvaes and adults of Oryzaephilus surinamensis in tobacco were studied.[Result] The larvae was the more sensitive stage than the adult. LD 50 of the larvae and adult at 21days after irradiation was 67.6 Gy and 104.2 Gy,respectively.300 Gy could prevent the development from its larvae to adult,and the larvae would die out within 35 days.When receiving a dose of 300 Gy,the adult would die out within 49 days,and no new generation was found.[Conclusion]The dose of 300 Gy irradiation was recommended for the control of Oryzaephilus surinamensis (Linnaeus).
