土地利用分类是进行土地集约利用评价的基础性工作.<开发区土地集约利用评价规程(试行)>中规定的开发区土地利用分类存在与国标分类不对应,脱离开发区土地利用实际等问题.根据我国开发区土地利用实际情况,结合已有研究成果,提出了改进和完善开发区土地分类的建议.%The land use classification is the foundation of the intensive land use evaluation.There are some disadvantages existed in the land use classification by the evaluation regulation of the intensive land use of development region issued by MLR,such as uncorresponded with the national standard and divorced from the land utilization reality of development region.According to the actual situation of development zone in China and the research results,the suggestions for improving the land use classification of development region are made.
