结合河南农业发展的现状及要求,确立了河南省农业循环经济发展的总体思路,提出2015年的发展目标.提出当前循环经济发展的五个主要任务:推进优质高效农业发展;推广节约型种养植业;以农业废弃物资源化为主构建循环经济链;全面推进农业清洁生产;发展农业循环经济园区.%Through analyzing demand and development of agriculture in Henan,this paper bring forward the general development idea of agro-recycling economy,bring forward the strategic goal by 2015. Five missions were proposaled that developing good quality and high benefit agriculture,developing the type of resources saving and friendly environment aquiculture,constructing industrial chain of circular economy by agricultural residues utilization,promoting agricultural cleaner production in all respects,establishing agro-recycling economy parks.
