秸秆 压缩成型 松散阶段 过渡阶段 压紧阶段
采用电子万能试验机和自制的实验装置,进行3种秸秆颗粒冷态压缩成型的开式实验研究,将其压缩成型特性曲线定义为松散、过渡、压紧和推移4个阶段,并对前3个阶段进行了回归分析,结果表明:在松散阶段,物料发生了局部弹性变形,其数学模型为线性方程;在过渡阶段,物料主要发生了弹性变形,其数学模型为指数方程:在压紧阶段,物料主要发生了塑性变形,该阶段的数学模型为线性方程.%Open mode experimental study on cold molding by pressure with three kinds of straws was done in this article by electronic universal stuff experimental equipment and other equipments made by ourselves.The compressing characteristic curve was divided to four stages,loose,interim,pressing and lapse one.And regression analysis for the former three stages were done.It's proved that in the loose stage local elastic deformation occurred which fitted linear equation,in the interim stage overall deformation occurred which fitted exponential equation and in the pressing stage plastic deformation occurred which fitted linear equation.
