随着第三次国际产业转移浪期和我国东部地区产业结构升级进程加快,中西部地区迎来了承接全球和东部地区产业转移的历史新机遇.作为中西部地区经济大省的河南在能源供应、劳动力成本、市场需求,基本设施等方面具有较强的竞争优势,同时也面临着东部欠发达地区和中部其他省份的激烈竞争.通过分析,在承接产业转移的重点选择,产业聚集区位的选择,培育产业集群适应产业转移等方面提出了若干探讨.%With the coming of the third wave of international industrial transfer and the acceleration of the industrial structure upgrading in eastern China,a new historical opportunity apppears in the central and western China which would undertake the industrial transfer in the world and eastern China.As a big economic province,Henan has great advantages in energy supply,labor costs,market demand and infrastructure construction while facing the fierce competition from less-developed eastern areas and other central provinces in China.Through detailed analysis,this article carries out some discussion on the key choice of industrial transfer,the orientation and cultivation of industrial clusters.
