河南省农村人口转移压力较大,城镇化目标应建立在实现农村充分就业、提高农村地区容纳人口数量的基础之上,应根据我国居民对粮食和食物需求的增长趋势,预测粮食和耕地需求量,以及农业所能承载的最大人口数量,计算农村剩余劳动力以及可以向城市转移的人口数,依此科学地确定全省城镇化水平的合理比率.%It is very heavy that the pressure from the transfering village population in henan. Their urbanization target should build on full employment in village and raising the population quantity in village area. We should predict the request to the food and farmland,and the biggest population quantity that agriculture can load based on growth trend of residents demand the of our country. on the other hand,we should calculate village surplus labor force and the population can transfer to city.and depend on this,we can decide the reasonable urbanization level rate of whole province.
