为了改善目前国有资产财务管理的落后状态,促进国有资产信息有效价值的利用,该文以及时、完整、全面反映国有资产财务信息为目标,利用GIS技术、WEB技术和传统的财务分析技术,以图、文、数、地理信息等各种方式,针对河南省重点企业、省属企业、国有控股企业,提供数据汇总、自动统计、多级分析和运营预警等功能,给出了系统实现的框架结构和技术要点.该文对国有资产财务管理信息化具有一定的借鉴和示范作用.%In order to improve current backward situation of state-owened assets management and promte to use state-owened assets information, this papper provides with structure & technical points of system realization, in goal of duly, fully and completely reporting state owned financial assets information by GIS technical, web Technical and traditional financial analysis technical and by using chart, writing, figure, geographical information, etc, which aims at henan's major enterprise, provincial venture,state owened enterprise to offer data collection, automatic statistics,multilevel analysis and operation per-alert,etc. This papper can play a role of using and model for management informationalized of state owned assets & financial affairs.
