介绍啮合同向双螺杆挤出机螺杆元件的特性,根据物理机械共混理论及尼龙66的熔融特性,设计出一种用于加工玻璃纤维(简称玻纤)增强尼龙66材料的螺杆组合形式,实验结果表明,玻纤在尼龙66中增强效果显著,螺杆设计合理.%Introduced screw cell specific properties of co-rotating twin-screw Extruder. By physical mix theory and melt property of polyamide 66, designed a kind of screw combination form, produced class fiber reinforced ployamide 66 with it. Test indicated fine reinforced effect of class fiber in ployamide 66 and reasonable design of screw.
